July 11, 2024 Notice To Bidders For Job Order Contract Numbers 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, & 117 Ifb Number Lacda24-039 Notice Is Hereby Given That Uploaded Bids To Our Website At Www.lacda.org Will Be Received And Publicly Opened And Witnessed By The Los Angeles County Development Authority (lacda) Until Tuesday, August 13, 2024, At 2:00 P.m. For Job Order Contract, Numbers 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, & 117. The Term Of The Contracts Will Be For One (1) Year Or The Expenditure Of The Maximum Contract Value ($6,023,368.73), Whichever Comes First. Provided However, That If A Work Order Is Issued By Lacda Prior To The Expiration Of The Annual Contract Period, The Contract Term Shall Be Automatically Extended Solely To Allow The Original Scope Of Such Work Order To Be Completed. There Is No Minimum Contract Value. Bids Must Include All Completed Forms Contained In Appendix D, Required Contract Forms And Certifications. Failure To Complete These Forms May Result In A Determination That The Bid Is Non-responsive. Failure To Submit Accurate And Complete Responses May Result In A Determination That The Bidder Is Non-responsible. Bidders Shall Guarantee Their Bid For A Minimum Of 270 Days. Bidders Must Submit Separate Bids For Each Joc Contract Number. A Job Order Contract (hereinafter Called Joc) Is A Competitively Bid, Firm Fixed Priced Indefinite Quantity Contract Pursuant To Which The Contractor May Perform An Ongoing Series Of Individual Projects At Different Locations And Public Housing Facilities Throughout The County Of Los Angeles. It Includes A Collection Of Detailed Repair Remodeling, Refurbishment, Alteration And Other Construction Tasks And Specifications That Have Established Unit Prices. Ordering Is Accomplished By The Issuance Of A Work Order Against The Contract. The Work Of This Contract Will Be Set Forth In The Detailed Scope Of Work Referenced In The Individual Work Orders. The Gordian Joc Solutiontm Includes Gordian’s Proprietary Joc Software And Joc Applications, Construction Cost Data, And Construction Task Catalog® Which Shall Be Used By The Contractor Solely For The Purpose Of Fulfilling Its Obligations Under This Contract, Including The Preparation And Submission Of Job Order Proposals, Price Proposals, Subcontractor Lists, And Other Requirements Specified By The Owner.
