After The Delivery Day, The Directorate Of Culture Shall Be Responsible For The Daily Editorial Operation Of The Website. From This Point In Time The Tenderer Has No Continual Liability For The Websites. The Ongoing Service Delivery In This Agreement Applies To Cms. The Contract Shall Also Include An Option To Order Further Development Of The Websites In The Contract Period, If The Need Should Occur After The Delivery Day. Note That A New Design Profile/graphical Profile Shall Not Be Developed. the Requirements And Needs Are Described In More Detail In Ssa-l Annex 1 ("the Contracting Authority's Requirement Specification"). Interested Tenderers Must Submit A Total Tender For The Publication System (cms) And The Establishment Of New Websites, Possibly In Cooperation With Sub-suppliers.
