Dynamic purchasing system: dynamic purchasing system (dps): workwear, footwear and personal protective equipment for staff and students The contract notice establishes a dynamic purchasing system. all candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be accepted for the dynamic purchasing system. registration with the scheme is not binding on the candidate. the candidate can choose which competitions to take part in the system. the admission of candidates to the dynamic purchasing system is made by the consortium of educational authorities. the dynamic purchasing system (dps) may submit applications for participation throughout its duration. the actual purchases are made through internal dps tenders. the products to be procured and their specific minimum requirements will be described in the invitations to tender for dps internal tenders. dps targets workwear, footwear and personal protective equipment for staff and students.The dynamic sourcing system (dps) covers work clothes, work shoes and personal protective equipment for staff and students. the dynamic sourcing system includes, among other things, workwear, rainwear, fire protection clothing, work footwear (safety footwear, safety footwear and professional footwear), personal protective equipment (such as respirators, hearing protection and safety helmets) and protective gloves. the main target groups for which these are procured are education staff and students. work clothes and footwear to be purchased are needed for both summer and winter use. the dynamic purchasing system has two stages.1. a dynamic purchasing system is set up. participants may apply to the procurement system.2. the contracting entity processes requests to participate3. work clothes and footwear and personal protective equipment included in the dynamic purchasing system will be put out to tender through the system. all eligible candidates will be able to join the dynamic purchasing system for the duration of the system and all successful candidates will be able to submit tenders. registration is not binding, but is a condition for participation in tenders. the eligibility requirements set out in the procurement documents must be met throughout the existence of the dynamic purchasing system. the aim of the contracting entity is to request tenders for the products to be procured each academic year. the aim is for one procurement to cover all the products covered by that procurement for the education sector starting in august, and for the same procurement contract, additional procurement may be made for students starting during the academic year, as required.
