Announcement of competition: dynamic purchase scheme for procurement of car shipping services Kolumbus as intends to create a dynamic purchase scheme to acquire. the scheme will facilitate the car sharing to receive a solid foothold and rapid growth on the north jæren by establishing a network of shared (electricity) cars to be deployed on specific locations of public and private players. the cars in the network will be made digitally available for privature and businesses through kolumbuss app, as other mobility services are also visible. kolumbus will not own cars itself, but will instead take the role of market coordinator and facilitates good links between area (landowners), shared cars (operators) and customers (residents) in a common network.
