The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should be in construction or renovation with interior decoration of specific types of buildings or structures. The required experience can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed at least one construction of a building with an RCC framed structure of a height not less than 3 storied or 9 meters from the ground level, and at least one electrical work of any amount. Substantial completion is based on 80% or more works completed under the contract and functional completion. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 9,07,00,053.06. For joint ventures, the lead partner should have experience of having successfully completed similar work, not less than 50% of the respective limits prescribed, and the other partner should have experience of having successfully completed similar work, with average annual turnover not less than 25% of the respective limits prescribed. In terms of specific values, the similar works should cost not less than the following percentages of the estimated cost: 40% for three works, 50% for two works, and 80% for one work.
