Nullkinn Municipality Invites Participation In Competition Architect Fire Station Florø In Compliance With Public Procurement Regulations Kinn Municipality (client) invites Open Tender Competition For Delivery Of Architect Fire Station Florø The contract shall, as a general rule, be entered into on the basis of the information the client provides in its tender basis. The contracting authority may provide additional information to the tender basis no later than six days before the submission deadline. As a consequence of the fact that the competition basis is available electronically in the Kgv system, all additional information will also be made available and distributed simultaneously in the system to those who have registered an interest via the Kgv system. It is important that the competition basis is read carefully, so that no misunderstandings arise. Submission of tenders will be regarded by the client as having accepted the conditions in the tender criteria, unless specific reservations have been taken in the tender. The tender opening will be a pure registration of received tenders and will have no contractual legal implications.
