The required prior work experience for the bidder includes:
- Three similar works, each costing not less than 100 Lakhs, - OR Two Similar works, each costing not less than 150 Lakhs, - OR One Similar work costing not less than 200 Lakhs.
Additionally, the bidder should have completed one or more works using GFRG technology, costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. The similar work shall mean “execution of civil works including plumbing & electrical works/ building renovation works etc”. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the PAC put to tender, which is INR 75 Lakhs or above. If the grand total quoted amount by a bidder is less than 75% of the total estimated cost put to tender, then such bids will be processed based on specific directions.
