The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Execution or ongoing execution of at least 1 city-wide ITMS Government project in India during the last 5 years.
2. Execution or ongoing execution of at least 1 ICT/ITMS project during the last 4 years with a cumulative ITMS project value. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: * For 1 city-wide ITMS Government project: 12.5 Marks
* For 2 city-wide ITMS Government projects: 15 Marks
* For ICT/ITMS project with cumulative project value: + > 5 Crores and < 7 Crores: 15 Marks Detailed monetary values mentioned include: * Contract Value for the bidder (in INR)
* Value of Work completed for which payment has been received from the client
* Cumulative ITMS project value: > 5 Crores and < 7 Crores Additionally, the bidder should be in continuous operation for at least 3 years as on bid publishing date, and have a cumulative financial Group Company turnover of at least Rs 20 crores in the last 3 financial years.

Project Value (Rs.): - > 5 Crores and < 7 Crores = 15 Marks Additionally, the cumulative financial/Group Company turnover should be equal to or higher than Rs 20 crores in the last 3 financial years, and the bidder should have executed/executing at least 1 smart city ICT/ITMS projects in India with a cumulative ITMS project value of more than Rs. 7 crores. The bid capacity required is also based on a technical evaluation with a total of 100 marks, and the final bidder selection shall be based on the marks obtained from the technical evaluation, with only bidders having 70% marks qualifying, using the formula: Qualification = (Obtained Marks / Total Marks) * 100 ≥ 70% Where:
- Obtained Marks are the marks obtained by the bidder in the technical evaluation.
- Total Marks are 100. Therefore, the bidder must obtain at least 70 marks out of 100 to qualify.
