The bidder's prior work experience is considered only if the works have been executed under specific government or semi-government bodies in India. The required prior work experience includes specific criteria to be met, such as: - Under a single contract, the bidder should have experience in similar work costing not less than 70% of the Project Actual Cost (PAC). - Under two contracts, each contract should be for similar work costing not less than 40% of the PAC. - Under three contracts, each contract should be for similar work costing not less than 30% of the PAC. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV), collectively the JV partners should meet the criteria, with each partner having completed at least one contract costing not less than 30% of the PAC. The works under these contracts should be completed works only, and the experience should be gained within the last 7 years up to the last date of bid submission. Additionally, the project manager should have 15 years of experience in executing contracts of a comparable nature, including not less than five years as a manager. The bidder should provide details of the completed work, including the name of the project, cost of the project, and percentage of cost with respect to the estimated cost of the bid. The percentage values mentioned are 70%, 40%, and 30% of the PAC.
