The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: - The bidder should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for 3 years. - The bidder should have at least 3 years of experience in providing same/similar services. - The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for 3 years. - The bidder should have at least 3 years of past experience in providing similar services. 2. Past Performance: - The bidder's past performance is considered, with a weightage of 10%. - The bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. - The bidder should have supplied at least 5,000 IP CCTV cameras during the last 03 years to any State Govt. / Central Govt. / Public sector undertaking in India. - The bidder should have a good track record of past performance. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are:
- 3 years: Years of experience
- 10%: Weightage for past performance, and also for bid quantity
- 5,000: Number of IP CCTV cameras supplied
- 25%: The purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25% of bid quantity
- 30 days: The additional delivery time shall be subject to a minimum of 30 days Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are:
1. OEM Authorization Certificate
2. Valid BIS certificate as per IS 13252 under CSR
3. UL, CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications for CCTV cameras and NVR
4. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, CMMI Level 5 certifications for the OEM
5. ONVIF membership and listing of quoted models on ONVIF's official website
6. BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification as per IS 13252 (Part - 1)
7. ISO 9001 certification
8. Valid local GST Certificate
