The bidder is required to have prior work experience in the following areas: 1. Executed the following minimum quantities of work, executed in any one year: - Providing & laying of MS/DI/HDPE or in combination of these pipes – 36 Km length. - Installation of House Service Connection’s in water supply scheme – 3240 Nos. - Executed SEEC of DWT/ CF/ submerged CF/ non-clog sewage pumping machineries with allied accessories not less than 70 HP or in combination in any one year. - Carried out SCADA/Online monitoring system works in WS/ UGD project of value not less than Rs. 418.60 Lakhs in any one year. 2. The bidder should have experience in design, build, operation, and transfer (DBOT) mode, with a minimum value of work completed, excluding GST. 3. The bidder should have a minimum available tender capacity, calculated as (A*N*1.5 - B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B is the value of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 2.0 years. In terms of similar Water Supply projects, the bidder should have: - Carried out SCADA/Online monitoring system works in WS/ UGD project of value not less than Rs. 418.60 Lakhs in any one year. - Satisfactorily completed (90% of the Contract Value), as prime contractor, at least one water supply project/ lift irrigation projects of value not less than INR 15.79 Crores. - Achieved a Minimum Financial turnover of INR 37.27 Crores in the last five financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25) in all classes of civil engineering construction works only. The lead partner in a joint venture should meet not less than 50% of the qualification criteria, while other partners may meet the remaining percentage, with each partner meeting not less than 25% of the qualification criteria.
