Description 1. The Kabacan Water District, Through The Corporate Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Three Hundred Fifty-nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (php 2,359,750.00), Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Drilling And Development Of Production Well For Pump Station 7, Barangay Katidtuan, Kabacan, North Cotabato. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Kwd Now Invites Bids For Well Shall Be Drilled At Brgy. Katidtuan, Kabacan, North Cotabato. The Work Shall Include But Not Limited To The Supply Of Materials, Tools, Equipment, Consumables And Other Appurtenances And Labor For The Drilling Of One (1) Unit Of 450mm Diameter Borehole To About 100m Depth. The Borehole Shall Be Drilled And Lined With 250 Mm Nominal Diameter Upvc Blank Casings (including 1 Meter Stick-up Pipe), 250 Mm Nominal Diameter Upvc Ribbed Screen Casings And Shall Be Developed By Surging, High Velocity Water Jetting And Airlift Methods. Completion Of The Works Is Required Eighty (80) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Kabacan Water District And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During 8:00am To 5:00pm, Weekdays Only. 5.
