In this tender, the contracting authority wishes to obtain offers for service, washing and maintenance of waste sorting points. A framework agreement is offered for a one-year period with the possibility (option) of extension of 2 x 6 months. The framework agreement is non-exclusive and the winning tenderer is not guaranteed any minimum turnover during the term of the agreement. An agreement is only entered into with one supplier, and the main purpose of the agreement is to cover the municipality's needs for washing (including graffiti removal), maintenance and servicing of waste sorting points in the municipality. The sorting points are being constructed and set up continuously, and the number of these is expected to increase during the term of the agreement. The contracting authority's requirements for contract terms are set out in the draft framework agreement (Appendix A), while the requirements for the service are described in detail in the technical specification - service description for service and maintenance (Appendix 1) with sub-appendixes. The contracting authority has not divided the contract into sub-contracts, as the contracting authority considers that a division will hinder the necessary coordination for satisfactory fulfilment of the contract.
