In this tender, the contracting authority wishes to obtain offers for the purchase and delivery of new Danish physical books to units in the Municipality of Copenhagen. The Municipality of Copenhagen has joined all 6 sub-agreements on the binding Ski agreement 50.05, and is hereby obliged to primarily purchase books for libraries and schools from the suppliers of the Ski 50.05 sub-agreements. However, the contracting authority also has extensive purchases of books for other units in the municipality, which particularly include professional books for all the municipality's administrations and children's books for the day care center area. There is therefore a need to enter into an agreement with a supplier who can supply a wide range of new Danish physical books that are purchased by units in the Municipality of Copenhagen other than schools and libraries. The tender does not include any forms of preparation of the purchased books. The offer also does not include foreign books, used books, digital books and audiobooks.

In this tender, the contracting authority wishes to obtain offers for a full diploma in management (hereinafter referred to as: DIL). The agreement shall include the possibility for employees in the Municipality of Copenhagen (hereinafter referred to as: Kk) to take a full DIL with the supplier. The contracting authority has divided the framework agreement into two (2) separate partial agreements in order to meet the needs for basic and optional modules that are in Kk across the municipality's seven (7) administrations and across employee groups that solve very different tasks. Partial agreement 1 is intended for employees where the focus of the education includes professional management and management of citizen-oriented organizations. Partial agreement 2 is intended for employees where the focus of the education includes more administrative management within economics, digitalization and strategy.
