In June 2021, The United Nations General Assembly High-level Meeting On Ending Aids Mandated Unaids To Continue Collecting Hiv And Aids Data And Annually Report Back On Progress. The Reporting Covers All The 195 Un Member States, Using The Upcoming New Global Monitoring Framework Which Includes 70-120 Indicators. For Their Monitoring Unaids Needs To Set Up An Efficient Monitoring Framework, Minimizing (manual Data Entry) Reporting Burden, And Maximizing Analytical Value, In Which Natural Language Processing (nlp) Can Add Value. The Contractor Will Implement Up To 4 Approaches Using Nlp Or Other Analytics In Support Of Global Aids Monitoring With Following Ai-functionalities: • Prefilling Gam Online Reporting Tool Fields With Specific Automatically Retrieved Information; • Helping Unaids Experts To Quickly Find The Relevant Information From Auxiliary Sources To Validate The Reported Data; • Extracting The Tables From Various Pdf Documents To Unaids Internal Repository To Enable Efficient Search With Predefined Keywords. With Main Activities As: A. Produce Inception Report With Detailed Specifications Of Products; Adjusted Timelines; Specifying Used Data Sets; (september-october ‘21) B. Deliver An Ai Summarizer Assistant; (october – December ‘21) C. Support And Adjustments To Implementation (january - February ’22) D. Integration Of Selected Summary Data To The Gam Online Reporting Tool, As Means Of Validation With The Directly Reported Data From The Countries (december ’21 – January ‘22) E.
