Rfq-2022-120 Programme Support Consultant On Strategic Information Open New Window & Programme Support Consultant On Strategic Information Will Be Recruited Who Will Be Assigned To Support In Contract And Grant Management, Liaising With Government, Ngos And Other Partners, As Well As Support The Un Joint Team On Aids Activities. This Is A Locally Recruited Position, Based In Jakarta, Indonesia. The Appointment Will Be For 3 Months, With The Possibility Of Extension Contingent Upon Performance, Continued Relevance Of The Position And Available Extrabudgetary Resources From Donors. Duty Station: Jakarta, Indonesia. 2.2 Scope Of Work Key Tasks Include The Following: • Assist The Strategic Information Adviser In The Planning Including Preparing Contract Documentation Preparation (e,g. Tor, Budget), Ensuring Accurate Completion And Full Compliance With Rules. • Assist The Strategic Information Adviser In Keeping And Updating Si Database Related With Contracts, Including Payment Management. • Assist The Strategic Information Adviser In The Report Development For Donors. • Provide Administrative Support For The Un Joint Team On Aids Activities, Including Support To Compile Agendas And Minutes Taking. • Support Relevant Activities/meetings Including Organize Appointments, Compile Agendas, Minute Taking, And The Sending Out Of Invitations Related To The Strategic Information. • Perform Any Other Duties As Assigned By The Country Director. Deliverables: • Strategic Information Database On Contract Including Payment Management Is Organized. • Report(s) For Donors Are Drafted. • Administrative Support For The Unjta Activities Is Provided, Agendas And Minutes Are Produced. • Meetings Related With Strategic Information Are Organized.
