Rfq-2022-138: Production Of Visual Products For Public Information On Television On The Occasion Of The 2022 National Action Month On Aids Open New Window & Unaids Is Seeking A Contractor To Develop This Public Information Package For Use On Television. (1) To Produce A 12-15 Minute Documentary Film In Line With The Theme Of The 2022 National Action Month On Aids; (2) To Produce Five 3-minute Thematic Television Feature Stories Covering Key Issues In Fast-tracking And Increasing Sustainability Of The National Hiv Response; (3) To Develop The Script Of A Television Panel Discussion Of 15 – 20 Minutes In Line With The Theme Of The 2022 National Action Month On Aids And In Suitable Format And Style For Use On Television; (4) To Develop Five News Items In A Suitable Format And Style For Television Broadcasting Including One Covering The National World Aids Day Meeting Tentatively On 26 November 2022. Scope Of Work The Contractor, In Close Consultation With Unaids And Vaac, Will Do The Following:  Script Development For The 12-15 Minute Documentary Film, Series Of Five 3-minute Tv Feature  Stories And The Tv Panel Discussion  Film Shooting In Cities/provinces To Be Identified By Vaac And Unaids;  Collecting Existing Footage As Required;  Footage Editing And Post-production For All Products;  Advice On Suitable Tv Programs For Broadcasting;  Proposed Locations For Interview: Hanoi, Hcmc, Dien Bien, Nghe An And Hai Phong Duration: From 5 November To 15 December 2022.
