The Overall Objective Of The Consultancy Is To Conduct The Initial Configuration, And Upload Resources In The Web Based Platform Provided By Unaids And As Below: 1. Knowledge Hub Website Materials Support 2. Data Hub Reference Management 3. Capacity Building As Per The Set Objectives Above The Following Deliverables Are Expected To Be Delivered: 1. A Final List Of Uploaded Documents And Categories Assigned To Them During The Contractual Period 2. A Final List Of Categories Established In The System Incorporating Feedback From The Users 3. A Satisfactory Review Of All Links To Documents Established In The System Working Properly Before The End Of The Contract. 4. A Training Manuel Or Set Of Slide Deck On The Management Of The Website And Resources. 5. One Day Training To Rst Staff (15-20 Per) On The Use And Management Of The Platform 6. Proper Handover Note With Clear Actions Taken And To Be Taken, Challenges, Lessons Learned And Recommendations. Duration The Duration Of The Project Will Be For A Maximum Period Of Three Months, From The Date Of Accepting The Offer But Not Later Than 15 October – 30 December 2021.
