The bidder should also provide information on the value of similar works completed, with details such as contract value, stipulated period of completion, and actual date of completion. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have completed a project of at least 50 percent of the contract value within the last five years. The amount of the successfully completed project is specified as 50% of the contract value, which is Rs 2,19,55,000.00. The bidder should have prior work experience as a prime contractor, and work performed in the past as a nominated sub-contractor will also be considered. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years, with a total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years. The bidder should also have availability of credit facilities of Rs. 43,91,000.00 and undertake to invest a minimum cash amount of up to 25% of the contract value during the implementation of the work. Key personnel should have specific qualifications and experience, including the Project Manager with 5 years experience as Manager and BE Civil with at least 15 years experience, and the Site Engineer with 5 years experience in Road Construction and BE Civil with at least 10 years experience. The bidder should provide a certificate from the Engineer(s)-in-Charge and a certificate from a Chartered Accountant to support their claims.
