The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in construction of Eligible Projects in Categories 1, 2, 3, and 4. For Categories 1 and 2, the bidder should have experience in projects with an estimated capital cost exceeding a specified amount, and the bidder should provide details of payments received for construction of Eligible Projects in these categories. For Categories 3 and 4, the bidder should have experience in projects where the payments received exceed a specified amount, and the bidder should provide the value of self-construction in Eligible Projects in these categories. The value of similar works completed is measured in terms of the estimated capital cost of the project. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last seven years, which can be in the form of: - Three completed works, each costing not less than Rs. 2438.11 Lakhs (excluding GST) - Two completed works, each costing not less than Rs. 3047.63 Lakhs (excluding GST) - One completed work costing not less than Rs. 4876.22 Lakhs (excluding GST) Specific values and percentages mentioned include: - 26% equity - 10% of the Estimated Project Cost - Rs. 2.20 Crore (minimum capital cost) - 50% of the Project Cost of eligible projects (amount undertaken by the entity during the last 7 financial years) Additionally, the sole bidder or any member of the joint venture should demonstrate experience in similar nature of business for a minimum period of seven years, and the bidder should also submit documentary proof for the same.
