Cerilles State College, Through The Stf 2024 (fund 164) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (php 2,350,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Information And Communication Technology Equipment. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The J. H.
