Cerilles State College, Through The Stf 2024 (fund 164) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Seventy-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-three Pesos Only (php 479,963.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Invitation To Bid For 2. Procurement Of Construction Materials For Improvement Of Admin Building (registrar's Office) At Jhcsc Dumingag Campus, Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 3.
