Description Procurement Of Transportation Equipment Outlay(epa) 1. The J. H. Cerilles State College, Through The Gaa/nep 2024 (fund 164) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only. (php 2,400,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Transportation Equipment Outlay, Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
