Cerilles State College, Through The Stf (fund 164) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-two Pesos And 32/100 Centavos. (php 1,213,762.32) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Other Supplies (ict), Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The J.
