Dynamic purchasing system: invitation to submit an application for participation in the dynamic procurement system for the leasing of temporary workers (m/f/d) Establishment of a dynamic procurement system (dbs) for the procurement of employee leasing servicesthe object of this procurement procedure is the establishment of a dynamic procurement system for the purchase of temporary worker services for the client. with the tender, suitable economic operators are to be integrated into a dynamic procurement system (dbs). all applicants admitted to the dbs are asked to submit a bid for each individual order that takes place (so-called mini-competitions). the dbs will be operated until 03/31/2025 .2025. the client will inform all applicants admitted to the dbs of changes to the period of validity at least three months before the change occurs by communication message via the vmp. the change is made by means of the corresponding eu announcement in accordance with § 22 para. 2 vgv. the estimated order volume is 60 million. euro. there is no acceptance obligation.
