The Isabela State University-san Mateo, Isabela Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 1,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Including Load-bank Testing Of One (1) Unit Diesel Generator Set (genset), 150 Kva, 230v, 3 Phase, Standby Power, With Weather And Soundproof Enclosure For Fy 2025 With The Project Identification Bac-sm-genset-2024-03. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Isabela State University-san Mateo, Isabela Now Invites Bids For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) Of The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods And Services Is Required Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders) 3.
