All Particulars Relative To The Eligibility Statement And Screening Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bid Conference, Evaluation Of Post-qualification And Award Of Contract Shall Be Governed By The Provisions Of Ra 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr). Prospective Bidders Should Have Experience In Undertaking A Similar Project Within The Last Two (2) Years, Within Amount Of At Least (50%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc). The Eligibility Check/screening And Preliminary Examination Of Bids Shall Use A Non-discretionary Pass/fail” Criteria. Post-qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid Shall Be Conducted. The Bac Will Issue Bidding Documents Only To Eligible Bidders Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee Of P5,000.00.
