The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works as a contractor. This experience can be demonstrated by completing similar works with certain cost thresholds, specifically: - Three similar successfully completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to the tender, - Two similar successfully completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to the tender, - One similar successfully completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
The experience certificate must be issued by a competent authority.
