The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction work, with specific requirements including: - Completion of works of a similar nature over the last five years, in addition to the current financial year. - A certificate from a Chartered Accountant stating the total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years. - Details of similar works executed or completed over the last five years, including the value of the contract in Rs. In Crore. - Average annual turnover of the contractors should not be less than 30% of the NIT/Package value, based on the average of 5 previous financial years. - The bidder should have at least 1(one) single similar nature/Civil work order under Assam Govt. Department/Govt. of India of value not less than 30% of Package value of this tender. The value and percentage of similar works completed mentioned are: - 30% of the Package value of this tender for a single similar nature/Civil work order. - Average annual turnover of the contractors should not be less than 30% of the NIT/Package value. - Maximum annual turnover within the last five years should not be less than 30% of the package value. For key personnel, the required prior work experience is: - Project Manager: 5-10 years of general experience, with 3 years of experience in the proposed position. - Site Engineer: 5 years of general experience, with 3 years of experience in the proposed position. - Project Engineer: 5 years of general experience, with 3 years of experience in the proposed position. - Work Supervisor Engineer: 3 years of general experience, with 3 years of experience in the proposed position. - Site Engineer (Electrical): 5 years of general experience, with 3 years of experience in the proposed position.
