The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction work, specifically having completed works of similar nature over the last five years, in addition to the current financial year. The bidder should have completed a single similar work with a value that can be verified through a credential certificate from any employer. The value of the package is approximately Rs. 235.97 lakhs, and the bidder should have at least one single similar nature/civil work order under Assam Govt. Department/Govt. of India of value not less than 30% of the package value of this tender. The average annual turnover of the contractors should not be less than 30% of the NIT/Package value, and the maximum annual turnover within the last five years should not be less than 30% of the package value. The bidder should also have the necessary equipment and personnel to carry out the works, including a project manager, site engineers, quality control engineer, and other staff, with specific experience requirements: - Project Manager: 5-10 years of general experience and 3 years of experience in the proposed position - Site Engineer (Civil): 5 years of general experience and 3 years of experience in the proposed position - Project Engineer: 5 years of general experience and 3 years of experience in the proposed position - Work Supervisor Engineer: 3 years of general experience and 3 years of experience in the proposed position - Site Engineer (Electrical): 5 years of general experience and 3 years of experience in the proposed position The weightage for the highest value of single work done/completed is 35% for comparison of bids and selection for award. The bidder's available bid capacity should not be less than the evaluated bid price, with bid capacity defined as the average annual turnover of the contractor being not less than 30% of the NIT/Package value, based on the average of 5 previous financial years. Quoted bid value beyond 10% (ten percent) below the estimated amount (Tender amount) shall not be considered for award.
