The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. A work experience certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year 2024, which should be at least 30% of the cost of work (without G.S.T). The cost of work is Rs. 375.05 Lakh, so the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of Rs. 375.05 Lakh, which is Rs. 112.515 Lakh. The bidder should also have experience of having successfully completed similar nature works, and submit audited financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts supported by income tax returns for the last 3 financial years. The bidder is also required to provide a certificate of value of actual work done in rupees of ongoing works issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer. If this certificate is not provided, the total cost of the work will be deducted in the evaluation of Bid Capacity. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is Rs. 7.50 Lakh, which is 2% of the cost of the work.
