The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar work during the last 7 years. The similar work experience can be either of the following: a. Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, b. Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, c. One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The definition of “similar work” means having experience in construction of Canal Work (Earth work, Pakka Work etc.). Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of 28 in the last financial year, and the earnest money should be at least 30% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also have experience in construction of Canal Work (Earth work, Pakka Work etc.) and executed works in the areas of Construction of Road and R.C.C. Bridge in the last three years. The assessed available bid capacity should be greater than the estimated value of the work. The bidder needs to furnish details and particulars of such work in the relevant format, including the description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated date of completion, and actual date of completion. The value of similar works completed is to be mentioned, along with the mobile number and email address of the experience issuing authority. The bidder's annual construction turnover for the years is also required, along with the total and average turnover. The bid security amount ranges from 1% to 10% of the tender value. The bidder should have a minimum of 90% of the similar work experience.
