The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction work, specifically having completed works of similar nature over the last five years, in addition to the current financial year. The bidder should provide a certificate stating the total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years. They should also provide details of works executed/completed of similar nature over the last five years, including the value of the contract in Indian Rupees. The bidder needs to submit a statement of the total monetary value of civil construction work performed in any Govt. Dept. during the last 3 years. Additionally, they must submit Completion certificates or up-to-date progress for all the works allotted to them during the last 3 years. The bidder should have at least 1(one) single similar nature/Civil work order under Assam Govt. Department/Govt. of India of value not less than 30% of Package value of this tender. The work order should be awarded and completed during the last 5 years in addition to the current financial year. The average annual turnover of the contractors should not be less than 30% of the NIT/Package value, and the maximum annual turnover within the last five years should not be less than 30% of the package value. The bidder should also submit copies of work allotted and completion certificates duly issued by the concerned Executive Engineer for works completed in the last 5 financial years, including the current financial year. For key personnel, the required experience is: - Project Manager: 5-10 years of general experience and 3 years of experience in the proposed position - Site Engineer (Civil): 5 years of general experience and 3 years of experience in the proposed position - Project Engineer: 5 years of general experience and 3 years of experience in the proposed position - Work Supervisor Engineer: 3 years of general experience and 3 years of experience in the proposed position - Site Engineer (Electrical): 5 years of general experience and 3 years of experience in the proposed position The bidder should have completed a single similar work with a value that can be verified through a credential certificate from any employer of the Other Department. In terms of values and percentages, the following are mentioned: - 30% of Package value of this tender for a single similar nature/Civil work order - 30% of the NIT/Package value for average annual turnover - 30% of the package value for maximum annual turnover within the last five years - 2% of the package value as Bid Security/EMD - 10% below the estimated amount for quoted bid value, beyond which the bid will not be considered for award.
