The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar nature of civil works, specifically in areas such as Spillways, Dams, Barrages, Aqueducts, Canal Bridges, and other related works. The experience should be of works completed within the last 7 years. The required experience includes: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The experience will be updated by giving an 8% simple weightage per year to bring it to the current financial year price level. A work experience certificate should not be issued below the rank of Executive Engineer. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes agreed-upon works with an agreement number and year, and ongoing works with an agreement number and year to be completed during the period of completion of the project for which tenders are invited. Additionally, the bidder's average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the cost of work (without G.S.T), and they should submit a certificate from a Registered Chartered Accountant regarding their average annual financial turnover. The bidder should also have key personnel, including a Work Manager, Engineer Graduate, and personnel for Administration & Management, as well as a certain number of skilled and unskilled workers, with a minimum of 5 skilled workers and 60 unskilled workers.
