The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Site Engineer (Diploma in Civil): 5 years of total work experience, with 3 years of experience in similar works. - Field Engineer (Diploma in Civil): 5 years of total work experience, with 3 years of experience in similar works. - W/Supervisor: 2 years of total work experience, with 3 years of experience in similar works. The bidder is also required to have prior work experience in construction contracts as a prime contractor for at least the last 5 years. Specifically, the bidder should have experience in general construction and specific construction experience, with at least one contract started and successfully completed in any one year in the last 5 years. In terms of value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have participated in at least one contract with a value of at least 25% of the estimated cost of the work, and that is similar to the proposed works. The calculation of the bidder's available bid capacity takes into account the "Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years", which is updated to the price level of the last year at a rate of 10 percent per year. The bidder should also have a minimum average annual construction turnover, calculated as 50% of the cost of the work/time period for completion in years, inclusive of escalation. Additionally, the bidder's existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of the works for which bids are invited are considered, with their value at the current price level subtracted from the calculated bid capacity. The amount put to bid will be indexed at a rate of 10% per year. The bidder should indicate actual figures of cost and amount for the works executed by them without accounting for the above-mentioned factors. The required prior work experience for the bidder is at least 5 years of experience under construction contracts in the role of Prime contractor prior to the bid submission deadline. The bidder should demonstrate access to, or availability of, liquid assets, lines of credit, or other financial resources to meet the financial resources requirement. The bidder's net worth should be positive, and liquid assets are defined as cash and cash equivalents, short-term financial instruments, and other assets that can be converted into cash within one year. The percentage values mentioned are 25% for the value of similar works completed and 50% for the minimum average annual construction turnover, as well as 10% for the rate of indexing the amount put to bid.
