The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed at least one work of similar nature, comprising of Survey, Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Community Micro Irrigation, costing more than 40% of the estimated cost of the work within the last five years. The bidder should have completed at least a single work having a magnitude worth not less than 40% of the estimate PAC of this work during the last 5 years in India. In terms of specific weightage, experience in execution of similar works will be given weightage as follows: Having executed the same nature of work amounting to above Rs.100 lakhs - 20 points per work. The bidder should have a minimum period of six months of experience at the time of opening of the technical bids. For joint ventures, the experience of each party will be taken separately, and the maximum points scored individually by each party will be considered for evaluation. The value of similar works completed is considered, with an amount of above Rs.100 lakhs awarded 20 points. The bidder should also have experience in design of micro irrigation system, with a maximum of 140 points awarded. The bidder should have got at least a minimum of 230 points when all the classifications are taken together. Details of the experience and past performance of the tenderer on works of similar nature within the past years are required, including certified copies of charts as evidence. The bidder should have successfully completed at least one work of similar nature as the prime contractor for one Single similar work comprising of Survey, Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Community Micro Irrigation including operation and maintenance costing more than 40% of the estimated cost of the work within the last five years. A specific table is provided for the bidder to fill in the details of their experience, which includes columns for "Value of contract", "Value completed & certified", and "Percentage of practical completion". The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Experience in execution of similar works: above Rs.100 lakhs - Percentage of similar works completed: more than 40% of the estimated cost of the work - Amount: above Rs.100 lakhs - Percentage of practical completion: not specified - Value of contract and value completed and certified: to be filled in the provided table.
