The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience as a principal contractor/subcontractor in the immediately preceding seven years. The bidder must meet the requirement of having completed similar works with specific values, which are: - One completed similar work costing not less than 25% of the estimated cost, - Or two completed similar works each costing not less than 15% of the estimated cost, - Or three completed similar works each costing not less than 10% of the estimated cost. The similarity of the works is based on physical size, complexity, methods, technology, or other characteristics. Additionally, bidders are required to provide details on their general construction experience through Form EXP-1 and specific construction experience through Form EXP-2, which includes information on contract identification, award date, completion date, role in the contract, and total contract amount in INR. A specific value of 10% of the estimated cost is mentioned, and the bidder is required to fill in the total contract amount in INR and the percentage of total amount if applicable.
