The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years. The experience required is as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The similar works include Spillways, Dams, Barrages, Aqueducts, Canal Bridges, Head Regulator, Cross Regulator, Tunnels, Syphon, Canals, Construction Works, Canal Lining works, Flood protection works, River training works, Drains Construction Works, and Bund (Tatbundh) Construction Works. Additionally, the bidder's average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the COST OF WORK (without G.S.T). The experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. A work experience certificate should not be issued below the rank of Executive Engineer.
