The required prior work experience for the bidder is in terms of execution of similar previous works contract. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least 1 (one) work of ‘similar in nature’ under Government Sector within last five FYs on the date of publication of this NIT of Gross monitory value of ₹1,40,63,347.00 (₹2,8,26,694.00 for Consortium/JV). This work should be similar in nature, with a gross monitory value not less than 30% of the amount put to tender of the work for which the bidder chooses to participate in this NIT. For Consortium/JV, this value should be minimum 60%. The bidder should have a minimum gross Notional value of ₹1,36,40,822.00 for a specific Major Item description, which is Concrete work (including reinforcement and allied works in case of piling) other than those for buildings. For Consortiums or Joint Ventures, the minimum gross Notional value is ₹2,72,81,644.00. Additionally, the bidder should have completed a certain percentage of similar works, with physical milestones for completion of the work within the stipulated time, including: - 5% within 30 days - 20% within 60 days - 40% within 90 days - 55% within 120 days - 70% within 180 days - 85% within 270 days - 100% within 365 days. It is also mentioned that if the accepted bid price is below 20% of the tender BOQ or below by more than 20% of the tender BOQ, an Additional Performance Security shall be required, which shall be equal to 10% of the tendered amount, i.e., 10% of the L1 bid price. The bidder is required to have prior work experience, specifically a Pre-Qualification (PQ) work credential of one 100% completed work.
