The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works. In case of supply of goods, the last three years average turnover of the bidder shall be considered. For execution of work or supply of service, the value of a single work or service of similar nature completed is considered. The bidder must have satisfactorily completed at least 1 (one) work of ‘similar in nature’ under Government Sector within last five FYs on the date of publication of this e-NIT of Gross monitory value of Rs. 1,65,97,297.00 (30% of the Amount put to Tender). For Consortium/JV, the same shall be minimum of Rs. 3,31,94,594.00 (60% of the Amount put to Tender). The gross notional amount calculated from the Credential Certificate (CC) uploaded as the PQ Credential of a single similar work should be at least 30% of the amount put to tender for non-Consortiums and Joint Ventures, and the sum of gross notional value of work in respect of the CC of individual entities for works of similar nature should be at least 60% of the amount put to tender for Consortiums or Joint Ventures. The bidder should submit the Credential Certificate (CC) of one 100% completed work as desired in the NIT, duly authenticated by competent authority. The value and percentage of similar works completed are also dependent on the average of gross annual turnover of the individual bidder/Organization/consortium or Joint Venture for any three financial years within preceding five financial years, which should not be less than the summation of turnover requirements of the relevant individual serial of works for which the bidder intends to bid. Additionally, the pre-qualification criteria of ‘similar in nature’ will be established if the summation of monitory values of specific items or conglomeration of items derived from the BOQ of the instant work tendered in this e-NIT, when multiplied by 0.40, the resultant monitory value is less than or equal to the monetary value of the corresponding item/conglomeration of items of the BOQ in the bid submitted as PQ work credential multiplied by inflationary factor. One specific major item description is Structural Steel works, with a minimum gross Notional value of Rs. 1,98,09,524.00, which should be at least 25% of the Tender BOQ or above.
