The gross monetary value of this work should be at least 30% of the amount put to tender, which is Rs. 2,01,15,402.00 for a single entity, and at least 60% of the amount put to tender, which is Rs. 4,02,30,804.00 for a Consortium/JV. The bidder should have completed a work with a value of at least Rs. 1,79,40,856.00 for a single work, and at least Rs. 3,58,81,712.00 for a Consortium/JV. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work with a value of 25% of the Tender BOQ or above. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual turnover of at least Rs. 2,01,15,402.00, which is 30% of the amount put to tender, for any three financial years within the preceding five years for a single entity, and at least Rs. 6,03,46,206.00, which is 90% of the amount put to tender, for Consortiums or Joint Ventures. The value of the similar work completed should be at least 100% of the Gross Notional Value, and at least one similar project should be completed. In case of a Consortium or Joint Venture, each of the constituents must have at least 20% of the tender value as their individual average of annual turnovers from business in any three financial years within the zone of the last five financial years.
