The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed similar works in the same name and style with which the bidder is applying for this bid. The similar work experience should be either as a Prime contractor or as a Partner in a Joint Venture during the last seven years. The similar works completed should meet one of the following criteria: (i) Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 16.00 Crore (with Electro-Mechanical work not less than 9.6 crore and Civil work not less than 6.4 Crore) (ii) Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 20.00 Crore (with Electro-Mechanical work not less than 12 crore and Civil work not less than 8 Crore) (iii) One similar completed work costing not less than 31.50 Crore (with Electro-Mechanical work not less than 18.9 crore and Civil work not less than 12.6 Crore) The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - Average annual financial turnover: at least 30% of the Advertised Cost - Financial resources: at least 25% to 50% of the requirement - Cash flow requirement: INR 10.00 Cr - Similar work experience: over the last seven years - Participation in total contract amount: at least 25% to 50% of the requirement - Substantial completion: at least 80% (value-wise) or more The bidder should have completed similar work, such as "LIFT IRRIGATION SCHEME INVOLVING ELECTRO-MECHANICAL COMPONENTS" with a motor capacity of not less than 425 HP. For joint ventures, each contract performed by each member should satisfy the minimum value of a single contract as required for a single entity. The cost of similar works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a 7% rate per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the date of bid opening.
