The bidder is required to have prior experience as a service provider of desilting/dredging of harbour, ports, or any legally designated water body using diesel-operated dredgers with a minimum capacity of 100 tph or water discharge capacity of 1000 m3/hour or more for the desilting of sand. The experience criteria can be met by successfully completing similar service contracts during the last seven years ending 30.04.2025, with any of the following: a) Three similar completed service contracts costing not less than Rs.1,97,29,600/- (40% of the estimated value including GST) b) Two similar completed service contracts costing not less than Rs.2,46,62,000/- (50% of the estimated value including GST) c) One similar completed service contract costing not less than Rs.3,94,59,200/- (80% of the estimated value including GST). The bidder needs to submit documents such as copy of work orders and work completion certificates for governmental service contracts, and copy of work orders, work completion certificates, TDS-Form 16/FORM No.26 AS, and GST return for non-governmental service contracts. The bidder is required to have 7 years of past experience in the same or similar services. The bidder will be disqualified if the annualized concurrent commitments of the bidder plus annualized estimated value of the work under consideration exceeds 4 times the average annual turnover of the preceding 3 years, and the minimum average annual turnover of the bidder is 125 Lakh.
