The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the credentials of the bidder, which can be considered based on the work done by the bidder or its partners in the past. The bidder should possess experience of having successfully completed or substantially completed similar works during the last 7-years. The similar works should be anyone of the following: - Three similar works each costing not less than ₹1,07,85,379/- - Two similar works each costing not less than ₹1,43,80,505/- - One similar work costing not less than ₹2,15,70,757/-. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder must have achieved, during the last three years, the minimum annual production value or quantity of the key project activities as stipulated in the scope of work, with an average annual financial turnover during the last 3-years of at least ₹1,07,85,379/-. The net worth of the bidder should be at least ₹35,95,126/-. In case of a work considered similar in nature for fulfillment of technical credentials, the overall cost of that work, including Price Variation amount if any, shall be considered, and no separate evaluation for each component of that work shall be made to decide eligibility.
