Selection Of Local Non-governmental Organization To Support Youth And Women's Groups To Implement Income-generating-activities For Their Socio-economic Empowerment. & Burkina Faso, Benin And Togo Share Common Borders With Very Similar Socio-cultural And Economic Characteristics With Areas Tested By Harsh Socio-economic And Climatic Realities Where The Feeling Of Abandonment Is Strongly Anchored In The Collective Consciousness. The Weakness Of The State Presence And The Porosity Of Borders Are Major Challenges In A Context Of Growing Insecurity, The Rise Of Radicalism And Violent Extremism And An Upsurge In Communal Conflicts. Fully Funded By The United Nations Secretary-general's Peacebuilding Fund, The Support Programme For The Prevention Of Conflict And Violent Extremism In The Border Areas Of Benin, Burkina Faso And Togo. The Main Objective Of The Activity Is To Strengthen The Economic Empowerment Of 100 Women And Youth Through The Strengthening Of Igas And Thus Improve Their Resilience To Communal Conflicts And Violent Extremism.
