Tor - Rfp Production Of Edu Video Production On Ss In Jor & Call For Proposals A National Company Located In Jordan To Produce Multiple Videos Under Estidama++ Fund.   Production Of Educational Videos On Social Security In Jordan Introduction   Estidama++ Fund-extension Of Coverage And Formalization Is A Multi-donor Fund, Including Contributions From The Kingdom Of The Netherlands, Norway And The United Kingdom Foreign Commonwealth And Development Office, Aims To Extend Social Security Coverage To Groups Of Vulnerable Workers Through A Subsidized Contribution Model. The Fund Provides Phased Contribution Subsidies And Addresses Incentive Gaps For Vulnerable Informal Workers, Including Refugees.   Assignment Background   This Assignment Will Support More Comprehensive Protection Systems, Through Improved Communication, Information, And Awareness Among Social Security Current And Potential Members. It Builds On Work Done Between The International Labour Organization And The Social Security Corporation’s Media Centre And Other Departments To Enhance And Strengthen Communications With Existing And Potential Ssc Target Audience.   Assignment Objectives   The Overall Objective Of The Assignment Is To Support The Social Security Corporation (ssc) And The International Labour Organization (ilo) To Raise Awareness Of Social Security Rights And Benefits And Inform The Target Group Of Social Security Registration And The Support Provided Through Estidama++. The Outreach And Communication Efforts Support The Knowledge-building Around Social Security In The Country And Highlight The Voices Of Workers Benefiting From The Project. As Part Of These Efforts, The Ilo And Ssc Are Planning A Series Of Educational Videos To Increase The Knowledge And Awareness Around Social Protection Among Workers, Employers, Decision-makers, And Donors. The Videos Will Use Simplified And Visual Content For Digital And Mass Media Dissemination.   Scope Of Work   The Firm Is Expected To Support, Develop, And Produce Four Videos To Inform The Target Group About Estidama++, Social Protection, And The General Context Of Social Security In Jordan And Document Project Success Stories. Working Closely With Ilo And Ssc, The Firm Will Also Ensure A Comprehensive And Inclusive Approach To Delivering Effective Messages And Compelling Creative Vision For The Videos In Line With Ilo Guidelines For Branding, Visibility, And Copyrights, Including Licensing Of Any Music Used In The Final Versions Of The Videos.           The Firm Shall Ensure That Videos Are Impactful And Illustrate The Statistics And Data Visually And Effectively.   The Firm Will Work Under The Supervision Of The Ilo Project Manager And Community Outreach Officer To Ensure The Assignment's Successful Delivery. Ilo Will Provide Guidance And Support To The Firm In The Communication Objective Of Each Video, Provide Support To The Interviews, And Approve The Final Video. All Content And Work Are Subject To Multiple Rounds Of Revision By Ilo.   The Specific Tasks And Activities Required By The Firm Are:     1.an Educational Video On The Social Protection In Jordan (up To 5 Minutes)     Support The Development Of Multimedia Content For The Storyboard In English And Arabic. Manage The Creative Direction, Filming, Equipment, And Interviews. Up To 4 Interviews (two In Amman And 2 Outside Amman). The Selected Locations Outside Amman Will Be Determined Based On The Interviewees And In Consultations With Ssc. The Locations Will Mainly Include Irbid, Zarqa, Mafraq, Salt And/or Ma’an. The Firm Shall Include Motion Graphic, Illustration, And Infographic When Needed. Ensure All Technical Requirements Are Followed And Execute Voice Over, Subtitles And Music. Ensure All Pre-production Logistics And Planning And Ensure High-quality Postproduction In A Timely Manner. After Submitting The Video To Ilo, The Company Is Expected To Apply Multiple Adjustments, And Changes Based On The Input And Feedback Provided By The Project Team Along With The Senior Management And Ilo Partner.   2.a Video Highlighting The Voices Of Workers And/or Employers Who Benefited From Estidama++ (up To 5 Minutes) Support The Development Of Multimedia Content For The Storyboard In English And Arabic.
