Any Proposed Modifications And/or Reservations Must Be Stated In Your Proposal And Will Be Subject To Further Review Before A Contract Can Be Concluded With You. Please Note That Non-conformity With The Terms And Conditions Applicable To Ilo Contracts Or The Additional Contractual Conditions Stated In Section 2.6 Can Impact On The Evaluation Of A Proposal. In Addition, Failure To Comply With The Requirements Of This Rfp And Its Annexes May Render A Proposal Ineligible For Consideration.
