Email Marketing Services & Service Description: Purpose: The Purpose Of This Request Is To Seek An Experienced Email Marketing Platform Provider With A Wide Portfolio Of Clients, Including Similar International Organisations And/ Or Governmental Bodies, Which Meets High Level Information Security Standards, And In Compliance With The General Data Protection Requirements. A Number Of 50 Unique Emails Are Expected To Be Sent On A Monthly Basis (tied To Press Releases, Media Advisories, Statements, Newsletters, Campaigns, Events And Such.) The Number Of Subscribers Expected To Use This Platform Is Up To 10,000. The Vendor Should Submit A Description Of Its Proposed Services, A Cost Estimate For The Requested Service Per Year. We Are Envisaging An Initial Contract For The 3 Years Period From 1st January 2025 Until 31st December 2027, With The Option Of Additional Annual Extensions 1 + 1 + 1 Years.
