Background For The Requested Services Unhcr Has Been And Continues To Be Actively Involved In Providing Protection And Assistance To The Affected Populations In The Region. In Order To Support The Agency’s Decision-making Process Aimed At The Provision Of Timely And Comprehensive Assistance To Its Persons Of Concern While Ensuring Sufficient Safety And Security For The Unhcr Staff, The Need For Access To High-quality Thematic Corporate Analyses Was Identified. Within The Pilot Phase, Unhcr Aims To Procure The Required Analysis Services During A Period Of Four (4) Months. If Deemed Successful And Subject To Availability Of Funds, The Pilot Phase May Then Transform Into The Establishment Of A Multi-year Contractual Framework To Be Formed As A Result Of A Separate Solicitation Process. Objectives As Part Of The Current Tender, Unhcr Aims To Procure The Following Analytical Products Based On Monthly Subscription Scheme. The Minimum Number Of Users Will Be Two And Should Not Exceed 20. Unhcr Reserves Its Right To Allocate The Number Of The User Within This Range:  Protection Analysis;  Security-risk Analysis;  Early-warning Analysis;  (geo-)political Analysis.
