Description The Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation (ibc) Intends To Apply The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Amounting To Twenty-four Million Nine Hundred Sixty-five Thousand Pesos (₱ 24,965,000.00) To Payments Under The Abovementioned Project. The Intercontinental Broadcasting Company Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of The Abovementioned Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through A Two-stage Competitive Bidding. Refer To Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders Of The Bidding Document For The Detailed Procedures. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizen/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To The Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of The Country, The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra 5183 And Subject To Commonwealth Act 138.
